Christopher W. Mashburn, MAI, AI-GRS, ASA
Christopher has completed appraisal reports involving various commercial and residential properties which include: vacant land, farmland, multi-tenant and single-tenant retail buildings, multi-tenant and single-tenant office buildings, industrial buildings, motels, mobile home parks, various types of conservation easements, appraisals in conjunction with condemnation, as well as various types of new construction. Christopher is also on the VA approved appraiser panel for completing residential appraisals for lending purposes. In preparing these reports, he has gained significant experience in researching and compiling market data, executing fundamental market analysis, as well as discounted cash flow and sell-out analysis.
Christopher Mashburn has been practicing appraising since 2012. Since this time Christopher met all requirements, which included education, coursework, examinations and experience hours set forth by the Appraisal Institute to earn the designations of MAI and AI-GRS. He has also earned the designation of ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser – Real Property) by the American Society of Appraisers. Christopher also works with MountainSeed appraisal management company as a commercial review appraiser.
Christopher is a native of Morehead City, North Carolina and is active in his community. He is on the Board of Directors for the Morehead City Noon Rotary Club, an Advisory Board Member for A Sea of Learning and attends One Harbor Church. Outside of work Christopher enjoys exercising, backpacking and spending time with his wife and three very active boys.
Christopher is a certified general real estate appraiser in the states of North Carolina, Alabama, Virginia, South Carolina, Louisiana, Nevada, and Maine.
